WHERE DO WE SOURCE OUR REPLACEMENT PARTS?

We source different parts from the most reliable and cost effective suppliers. Depending on the situation, we could opt for the quicker delivery, or the better price. 


However, thanks to over-night couriers and on-time deliveries. We choose accredited suppliers all over South Africa.


To get the best prices, we a select few quality suppliers whose parts and service are what we need for you to have your machine back in no time at all.

Should we find it difficult to source, we will certainly let you know and give you other options should there be any available.

HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?

We try our best to ensure the quickest turnaround time for your repair.

Depending on the availability of your required parts and whether we must order them in, depends on how fast we can repair and return your machine to you.

A simple answer is not viable information but anything from 24 to 72 hours, if parts are already available. 

​

Otherwise anything from 3 to 5 working days if parts need to be sourced and shipping times may vary.
